First off the location was really hard to find because it was almost entirely unmarked I had to drive around three times just to find it because the entrance connects to the truck company and it's not clear that that's how you get in. Secondly a code is required to get in and it's not made clear with picking that location there's a drop off point that a code is needed to get in so I held up some of the truckers they are trying to get in because I didn't know how to get in. Finally there's no there was really no one there to help me with the checking in or anything cuz it was mostly a self-service location there were Personnel that eventually came out but I had no way of accessing the Personnel to basically get any information whatsoever. The only good thing that I will say is once they did come out they were of major help and they were quite exceptional in terms of actually doing their duties however the location itself is abysmal
NICHOLAS SIt’s very industrial but no problems in/out.
DAVID Mdealer was five stars excellent service equipment they are on time
Thomas MI rent U‑Haul trailers frequently, and the one I picked up from Ideal Truck Service yesterday was by far the worst experience I’ve had. The trailer was covered in mud on the outside, but I took it anyway because I urgently needed to move a copier. When I opened it at my office, the smell of feces hit me immediately. It was obvious the trailer had been used to transport pigs—there was actual feces smeared on the interior wall. When I returned the trailer, Matt told me I would be charged a cleanup fee because I “didn’t report it first.” Absolutely not. I’m not paying for a mess that was there before I ever touched the trailer. On top of that, the location itself is inconvenient. Access requires calling a third party for a gate code, which adds unnecessary time. The room where the contract is generated has no Wi‑Fi or cellular service, making it nearly impossible to upload the required driver’s license information. I would not recommend this location to anyone
