A little more specificity with the address. Google Maps took me to the other side of the warehouse and I hit a pothole that was pretty substantial trying to get out of there.
Chris HDid not give gate code. Had to have truck driver non-employee give me the code for entry. Incorrectly documented drop off fuel level. Tried to charge additional 90 dollars in fuel cost when truck was only less than an 8th short from pick up fuel amount. They want to charge for full fuel as if I dropped off on empty. Would not recommend this drop off location
Andrea DStaff was very helpful at both pickup and drop off. I don’t think I received an entry code to use at the drop off gate. The intercom was answered and code given over the phone. Your drop box instructions referred me to your phone app and threatened an extra fee if not used. Fortunately, the staff was still there and took care of it. After a very long and difficult day, the threat was not appreciated. The staff asked me to back the truck and trailer into a narrow parking area. Asking a non-CDL trained driver to try that feat is not a good idea unless you want repairs to be necessary.
