The uhaul smelled bad, there was cig ashes in the floor board,back of the uhaul had trash in it.

Steve TThe area around this pickup location had poor road conditions, train tracks, was fenced, no air conditioning or cover for the trailers. The trailer was in poor condition, fading, cracking, rust in many areas.
Gregory CThis location is difficult to access. You need someone to open a gate to get access to the parking lot. I was fortunately enough to have someone pull in behind me that worked there and he let me in and then checked in my rental. He was helpful. The location also has no place for your ride to park. My daughter was literally trying to get out of the way of 18 wheelers while waiting for me. Providing better access away from the tractor trailers would be beneficial.
