MARCELLA BLocation time for closing is wrong. There are no clear signs about where to drop the Uhaul. The entry and the exit locations are backwards. You need a code to get into the spot, but nobody tells you what the code is. So you have to call Uhaul and wait an hour on the phone to get in. It’s terrible.
Norma WKind of a weird experience. Felt sketchy and not like a U-Haul location being a truck mechanic shop. Didn’t have all the equipment I rented. People were nice
