Customer service didn’t see anyone in there doors locked but the hours of service said they were open next thing I know she was sitting down not paying attention and didn’t care not bit and continue to sit. Then had a attitude like she didn’t want to be there

Truck and keys were not available at pickup
Jeremiah AI had requested a regular dolly but was given an appliance dolly. We made it work, but it would have been better to have had the equipment we requested.
