How U-Haul Reviews WorkI always rent from this location for the people are extremely nice and helpful. For this truck rental I needed to drive to purchase a cell phone from losing my phone. And Cameron called me and helped with my rental. It was a great customer service he provided.

David KThis location will not allow me to do mobile pick up. Then when I drop off equipment it will not allow me to return, take pics. It is only this location that has trouble when I rent a truck. Please look into and fix. I like doing on my mobile, not going into office.
Kenneth JPerson was rude and although we had gotten permission to return truck a little late we were charged a full day. It was less than 2 hours past our turn in time and we had asked permission the evening before. I don’t think we should have been charged nearly 50 dollars for less than2 hours after we asked first.
