JHONNY CThe parking lot is out of control with the crater holes they have. It might not be their fault but baby it is to much for personal car let along the truck. I am glad i added the insurance because you will need it leaving and retuning in the parking lot. I was in line for a 15 mins before I was helped. While waiting to complete the transactions the merchant left me waiting for about 7 min while they went to the back to do something. On the U-Haul site it said that the location had a appliance dolly. It did not. I was able to go to another U-Haul but was given a Utility dolly for free. I really needed a Appliances dolly. I also paid for some moving covers that i did not order and or use. all the years i have renting i never new you are to return the moving cloths?
