How about making sure the truck is functioning and has gas. I picked up the truck and it had no gas. Then the truck stopped working after I was able to get my stuff moved. The whole time I was driving on a broken piece that could have snapped while I was driving and caused a horrible accident. I will be calling for a refund on this because that could have been more costly.

amber nReally disappointed with this U-Haul location. We showed up to pick up our truck and found a huge, heavy piece of furniture left inside. The truck clearly wasn’t checked or prepared, and we had to waste time dealing with something that wasn’t ours. The area itself feels unsafe and poorly managed, and the pickup process took forever.
