All and all there's nothing per se wrong with this location, the only problem I had was that when I picked up the U-Haul at a different location it said it had half a tank, I took a picture of it because it was close to a half a tank but was clearly just below it, when I return the U-Haul I showed the person my picture of where it was when I picked itl up, after turning it in I received a bill for three more gallons of gas which was a charge of an additional $13, I thought it was crap because I returned it with the same amount of gas as when I purchased it. Certainly not the end of the world, but I explained the situation and showed the picture, and was a little disheartened that they felt the need to tack on an additional charges.

JOACHIN AThe costumer service was horrible and very unprofessional. He was rude and very sarcastic with everything he said even when I maintained a exceptable attitude. I asked him about returning the truck a half hr late asking if I would be charged for the . He told me no but still charged me for another whole day. I will never go to his location again ever. This is the uhaul on west 10th st.
