This entire situation was a shit show. My three week old reservation was not honored and I was told with less than 24 hour notice. They gave me a secondary location with a smaller truck for a pick up time at 7:30 almost 30 minutes from me. Then didn't have anyone at the pick up site until 10:30 while I didnt have online pickup. After calling and switching to YET ANOTHER location another 20 minutes west (now almost an hour from my old house), my information "couldn't be verified" even though it was verified and confirmed 48 hours prior. Had to contact someone again in order to confirm that, yes, it was verified. Then I couldn't add an authorized driver because THEY couldn't be verified when they were ALSO verified previously. Finally got the truck and went about my day but this was the most painfully stupid experience.
