I wish you guys had given all the fees online instead of finding they are more when pickup..if my daughter had shown up I wouldn't have gotten the Uhaul
PATRICIA ADo NOT use UHaul’s online system! I reserved a trailer days ahead of when I was going to pick it up. As I was going to the location to get the trailer, that dealer called me to tell me they did not have that trailer. I had to scramble around to find a location that had the size trailer I had reserved.

BOBBY WMy reservation was sent here after booking with another location. All that's available here are 10ft trucks. And there is not a dolly available for use. Other than that the representative at this location was very very nice. Honestly it made me feel better about not having the things that I needed. Just a little bit better 😅.
