Wasent informed it was a mobile check in location, the customer service agent was disconnected and made no attempt to call back. The discount i was supposed to receive was never applied. As a Google top reviewer I plan to review bomb for screwing me.

Nothing we got the job done and was very happy with the truck great day
Maggie HI have a complaint about a U-Haul rental. I recently had to pick up a part from Montreal and take it to Innisfil. I checked to see what the rental costs would be. I saw that it was a three-day trip, not a one-day rental. I went to my nearest U-Haul store and rented the trailer. I picked it up May 1st at 2:30 pm and dropped it off May 2nd at 5:20 pm. When I got charged for two days, I was surprised because I thought it was a three-day rental.
TAMER AThe service was friendly and laid-back. The location had an ample number of trucks of various sizes available. They even moved vehicles around so we could leave our own vehicle there for the length of our rental (between 3 and 4 hours). We would definitely rent from them again.
