They did not have any snow cleared to access the trailer. I had to have a friend come with a 4x4 truck to pull my van out and then get the trailer out. This location is "just a restaurant" as the owner told me and they were not helpful at all in trying to get the trailer out of the snow.

This is a convenient place to pick up a truck or trailer. Recommended for experienced UHaul renters only. If you don’t know how to hook up a trailer or make the electrical connections go elsewhere. If you do know what you are doing it is a great place to go.
