The location was fine and the truck was in great shape. The mileage was incorrect. I was charged for mileage over the allotment of 162. The route taken I’ve driven over a hundred times. By car it’s around 120-130 miles. Tack on the extra 15+ for the drop off location and it’s still under allotment. U-Haul had me at over 170 miles. The odometer was off.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkTruck had a leak in roof. It rained and ruined some of my things. When I told the owner he said wasnt his problem.
George HJust a drop box for the key. No one there for check in the vehicle that I was returning. Unless that is the acceptable practice U Haul uses.
Stephen GThe trailer needs a lift. It's too heavy to lift up with out the old kind of turning lift to assist.
Candace PDrop off was a little confusing cause the business was closed but everything got taken care of and my return was processed
