Full dependability on the app is convenient but sometimes lacking when it’s a rural area. Pick up was very out in the country, person there did not have access to computer and my phone barely had any signal. Most of the check in steps wouldn’t load and the guy just gave me the truck and told me to finish the processes later. When I went to the app, when I did have better signal, the check in process wasn’t available and the app acted as if I had already completed everything.
