Make sure you can get to the vehicle you have rented. When I arrived there was a vehicle parked behind the truck I was renting. And no one there to assist me. I called uhaul and the lady tried to help. She gave me the code to get into the lock box. Then I had to move the truck parked behind me to get mine out. Needless to say I was about an hour to an hour and a half late to meet the movers. Not acceptable! I will not recommend your service nor will I use them again.
Monica PThe website (not specific to the location), labels options as vans and trucks. However, post-reservation, internally they are labeled as cargo vans (vans) and moving vans (trucks). This leads to multiple unclear confirmation messages indicating a 'moving van' is ready, when requesting a truck. I had called to confirm I was getting a truck not a van. The manager confirmed this AND said they agreed the communication was unnecessarily confusing to the customer.
