I that the process is not completely mobile, picking up your truck should not ask questions that were already asked when making the reservation, verification needs to be done faster as people are waiting outside in the heat for each step to be completed. Tyler was rude with the phone call, and the app shouldn’t force to call and authorize driver that wasn’t even with me on the way going, he was just authorized to help me drop it off . This entire process was frustrating and I will be using Two Men and a Truck next time. The only thing that helped was calling 1800GoUhaul. Honestly the most frustrating experience. As a 22 year old, not everything needs to be online. something’s you need to go it it he store with. especially when the app and website has glitches and issues. also every time you complete booking the reservation the “success” or “thank you” page that should be there, it says “this location has me moved, changed or closed” or something like that.

The truck we reserved was left at a different location. Kevin texted me before we were scheduled to pick up and let us know what happened, where the truck was and by the time we arrived, he had us all checked in and offered extra supplies at no charge for our inconvenience. What could have be an issue was quickly and professionally made right. Thank you!

JAMES MUpon arrival at our cross state destination we found that most of our boxes that we stored in the section over the cab were soaked. It had rained for almost a full day. However, we would have expected this not to happen.
