I waited in line for 45 minutes because you only had one person working on a Sunday morning. I was the 2nd person in line. By the time I left with the truck there was 10 people standing in line. Very poor customer service. Need more workers!

Uhaul sucks! Why can I only review location and not their system? This location is fine, but the system that brought me to it sucked!!! I tried to reserve my van online where I was given a variety of options for availability: any location, any size, any half hour 24/7 pickup time, all listed as available. I scheduled a 20' van to pickup at the location closest to me at 8am. All seemed good until days later, the night before pickup I got a voicemail from a Uhaul rep at 7:30pm telling me that I had to get my truck from a different location at 10AM. I tried to call the number back, but it immediately forwarded me to an international call center where I had to wait on hold for 30minutes only to be told by the representative that they had no ability to make any changes to or reasonably answer any questions regarding my reservation. The rep then gave me the 'number of the scheduling manager' to call, which did nothing but led me back into the same international call center system all over again. I had to wait until the next day, and go to the new location 2 hours later than my original timeline. This new pickup location DID NOT have the size van I had reserved. Instead of a 20', they could only supply with a 15'. As a result, we had to take multiple trips. We had planned on a 1-way move, instead we had to go back for a second trip tripling our mileage. Then uhaul billed us for said extra mileage. When we finally got to the drop off location, the uhaul web app that they require you to self return your truck with didn't work. It got caught on a "you must enable location services" error, even with location services fully enabled (it failed to work on 2 separate smart phones properly enabled). So we had to stress about being billed more money for the 'convenience fee' of having an employee complete the return process for us the next day. We ended up throwing the keys in the dropbox and bailing since their return app did not work. All in all, uhauls overall management, scheduling, and web app systems are complete garbage. These individual locations are fine, but the infrastructure they have to run under is complete trash. I am avoiding uhaul at all costs in the future.

Just make sure when you drop off a truck that you know if you should wait 30 minutes for somebody to come out or just leave the keys and go.

1st you guys changed the location and time of pickup by 12+hours and didnt bother to tell me until after I was supposed to pick up the uhaul. Then I came to the correct uhaul the next day at 8am to pick up the uhaul, and noone was there to open the store till around 915. So about 30 people had gathered at that time, only to get a semi dirty truck.

The person who took care of us did not mention anything about the adjustment of the mirrors, nor did he adjust the mirrors for us. (We are 2 women). These mirrors can only be adjusted from the outside using an Allen wrench and a screwdriver. Driving on a highway, one of the mirrors started flipping around. I called the numbers highlighted on my receipt and the number went to voice mail and at the other number, no one was willing to help. A family member had to come and adjust the mirrors.

The vehicle I rented was overbooked, which the system allowed and confirmed. I didn't find this out until I went to the facility to get the vehicle. The agent was able to work a deal for another vehicle without a cost impact, which I appreciate. However I'm still disappointed in that the vehicle I needed was overbooked and the system allowed that.

I had a rental at this location, had no vechicle and Uhaul switch locatdion with zero notice. Then at the new location, they cancelled the vechicle since I showed up at 3pm vs 1pm. Poor communication, service.

Really annoying experience but has best inventory compared to small mom and pop shops doing truck rentals. Mgr was kind in allowing out a cargo van committed for next morning and very concerned and sought extra reassurance from me i was not going to keep it longer than expected. I appreciated his allowing it to go when otherwise was planning on giving the $50 guarantee fee and was going to apparently cancel my online reservation, BUT...the incredibly long delay in the mobile phone check in...which took probably 40minutes once i arrived on site was incredibly poor customer service. The location worker was a bit abrupt with me, not friendly, not clear that there was any issue about the rental i was trying to complete, and nobody was around or easily seen at the location when i arrived. Another person dropping off apparently was there nearly an hour waiting for the same reason. Workers need to be visible. Be friendly. Don't act like you're doing me a favor. It's the business you chose to be in. You're making money from me. Your livelihood. Be kind, be helpful, be proactive, be clear. Be available. Don't push an mobile process as an apparent more efficient way to pick up or drop off and then have it take 40minutes. I was on hold once for 30min and a 2nd time for 15min prior to going to the store because i wanted to verify a van was available. Once i got there it was obvious why i was on hold for 30min...nobody was in the store - completely empty. No idea where the workers were. Then upon drop off the Uhaul app wouldn't process my 2nd pic of clean cargo area so then stuck wondering what to do and on hold with national support line again for 25min again waiting to get resolution. Tried 5+ times to retake the 2nd pic to get it to process in their app/mobile form and waited in case buffering time needed (that all took another 20+ min at drop off ) - - nothing "quick" about the 24/7 drop off process. After locking up and taking key home while on hold with support i finally reached someone who notated my account re my pic issues and went back to drop off the key, trying one more time with 2nd pic and for whatever reason it processed. Finally!! If it weren't for them being a higher volume resource I'd absolutely never use this site again or maybe even Uhaul - gotta believe Home depot's process is easier than this ! Gotta step it up a bit UHaul or you're gonna lose customers!!!
