There was no dolly equipment available as set in the reservation. Also, the vehicle had a faulty left hand-side blinker, which made it dangerous to drive around.

The equipment was not clean and the staff was also rude during my pickup. So not going to visit this place again
Raja sthe check in outside of business hours was wrong. There was no key lock box located on the premise despite the prompts and they images shared in the app. Instead, the owner/person locked the key inside the truck with a lock. I would not recommend this experience to anyone. It took us over 30 minutes looking for a lockbox and key that didn't exist.
