SATISH KThere is no notice or pointers around the place to indicate the exact location of the office. You will have to guess The staff is not sure about the rental contract, they shared information that is misleading and I ended up returning the vehicle way earlier than the end of my rental period assuming the base rate will be prorated based on the info received from the staff When I took the vehicle for rental the fuel was not full. I refilled to the same level at which I received the Truck but they charged me amount. Highlighted the same to the staff but said they will check and do the needful later when they generate the invoice Later reported the issue and shared pictures indicating the fuel level but no response so far. The return time is not documented correctly, In my case the time was 25 minutes off from the original time I returned
JUSTIN PCustomer service was very poor! He was rude to me. I was asked about my estimated mileage and I told him 10 miles and he said I’ll put 20 miles. When I returned the van I only went 11 miles and 2 days later my card was charged for the 20 miles!
