When reserving truck it gives you option for equipment such as dolly, furniture mats and so on. Well it gives you the option but the pick up place DOES NOT honor the equipment. Was charged for a dozen new furniture mats, I got four old ones. I requested a dolly and got nothing.
NICOLAS TI had ordered a utility dolly, they never had one, blankets were left thrown in the back of the truck, guy at the counter was nice enough, probably wouldn’t rent from there again.
Gareth AI was the only one in the store and it took the girl behind the counter over 5 minutes to acknowledge me. Then I said was dropping off, she went back to her computer and started working. Took another 5 plus minutes before she ask for my name. I was told to drop the trailer with the other ones. She pointed. Handed me the agreement i gave her then went back to her computer. There was no one there to help me lift the trailer off the hitch. After struggling to get the trailer off the hitch by my self. I left.
