Customer care needs to be improved. The person who completed my transaction at the location, after handing me the keys for the truck assumed that I would know where to find the truck that I was leasing, it took me about ten minutes to look around at each truck License Plate and then went back to him stating that the license plate number is not there in the parking lot, only then he said, look for the truck number on the top front of the truck, that was quite frustrating at the time when we were running late to pick up our stuff from a whare house which was closing in few minutes.
HABIB BWhen booking the website said I would get a call from a uhaul rep to confirm my reservation. I never got one, and had to make a phone call to uhaul instead to confirm the reservation. Do what you said you'll do.
