I have handover the vehicle before the schedule time but they have updated the late time and trying to over charge and now I had to go through all the customer service stuff to get my over charged money back that a shit to deal with.

Stewart TI rented a 26' truck for 7 am pick through the 24/7 thing and it was NOT ready until after 9 am which set my entire move back 2 hours which mean I paid for 4 guys to sit around and do nothing while I paid them to wait on you to give me the equipment I rented. I made this reservation on July 11th and at no time was I told I couldn't pick up the truck at 7 am. Also I ordered moving pads and were not given them and I was charged for them anyway. The truck given to me was on empty so I immediately had to fill it with gas setting me back even more time. If this is not a facility that can do 24/7 pick up why is it advertised as such?
Chris AUsed them 4 times now. Just make sure the driving compartment cleaned after usage. Had spilled pop in the drive holders. But service was excellent. Was in and out without appointment. Really good company to used.
