I was stranded and it was pouring raining and I would’ve had to walk over a mile to get to the U-Haul but the kind gentleman that worked there came and picked me up and took me to the U-Haul store. He went out of his way to help me and ensure my safety and well-being. I am forever grateful!

Romeo went above and beyond his professional obligations. He helped me out on a personal level, while keeping it professional. His humankindness is exceptional. I can not give him/them a score above 5 stars or I would do so. They have a customer for life!
MELISSA ROwner extremely rude and will never rent from him or uhaul ever again. Have told friends family and customers about text we received from him and people are shocked. Never again will uhaul have my business.
