I returned it March 30 at 2:00 we'll before 5:00pm and they purposely ran the bill the next day to get another day charged on before leaving I asked for a receipt and the owner or manager said its on line instead giving it right there he denied me the receipt cause he entered it on the computor for April 1 for extra day charge rip off never go back and for such a small amount p.o.s
denis dOur pick up of the u-haul truck was very quick! It would be helpful if the rates and fees were shown and discussed when we pick up the u-haul. What I thought would be $40 something, came out to be $135 something. Otherwise, the gentleman at the desk was very polite and professional. This u-haul rental really helped. Thank You!
