michelle hGreat customer service. Quick in and out picking up and dropping back off at the Jackson location. Thank you to the Martell location for helping book truck size needed when they didn’t have it and Jackson did.
david bI was charged for fuel when I picked it up it said 196 miles to empty. When I dropped it off the odometer said 204 till empty. They charged me $14 for fuel. Also, I turned the truck in the same day. I couldn’t login to the app. So, I turned the keys into the front desk. They did not check the truck back in till Monday morning!!! I rent 5 to 6 uhauls a month and this is by far the worst experience I’ve had.
