I was charged for fuel when I picked it up it said 196 miles to empty. When I dropped it off the odometer said 204 till empty. They charged me $14 for fuel. Also, I turned the truck in the same day. I couldn’t login to the app. So, I turned the keys into the front desk. They did not check the truck back in till Monday morning!!! I rent 5 to 6 uhauls a month and this is by far the worst experience I’ve had.
TREVOR WGas was not documented on their end and I got charged for it when I returned the truck despite returning it with more fuel than I had when I received it. Truck was dirty and windshield covered with bugs.
Grant LThere was a lil trash in cab, n charcoal crumbs from a BBQ in the stage area..but the A/C worked well n all was good!
