I chose my pickup location online to be Jackson Wholesale Co. in Jackson KY. A day before the scheduled pickup I got an email from U-Haul that the pickup location was changed to A&B Enterprizes in Hazard KY at 9:00AM. So I went to that location. No one was there, doors were locked. I called the number twice. No one answered. I called the main U-Haul line. They said to do a mobile pickup there but after searching the premises for 10 minutes I see there was no mobile pickup box there. So U-Haul says to go pick up the truck at the Jackson Wholesale Co. in Jackson KY. YES the original location I was supposed to pic it up at! So I go back there. No one at that location either. I make another phone call to U-Haul. They say to drive down the road 2-3 miles to another location and someone will meet me there. I do that and after waiting 15-20 minutes there someone shows up and says to go back to the 1st location at 1199 Main St (where I just came from). So I do that. The person checks my order on his phone and apparently it was deleted or something. He has to enter the order with my information from the beginning. I finally get the 10 foot box truck I ordered about a week prior. Wasted 2-1/2 hours on something that should have taken 15 minutes. Terrible service. Won't do business with U-Haul in KY ever again.

RAYMOND LThe RT had tree bark and plastic Pepsi bottles in the hauling area. So it wasn't cleaned out after the last return. I would have to recommend it to a friend cause it's bout the only one that's closer to where I live. It takes them awhile to get to ya and hand ya the keys cause their main office is across town. I was told to just unhook it and drive away. The folks are very nice tho indeed. Just expect a little wait time if ya have to rent from them or call ahead and tell em bout what time you will be rolling In. That might help.
