The truck had serious starting issues. Uhaul should inspect its vehicles between rentals for problems that'd prevent normal use.

GLEN AIt was unclear where to park the truck after hours. And though not the fault of the location, the app did not work for self check-in. Fortunately, when I spoke to someone there the next day, she was understanding and helpful. But the experience of renting from UHaul was difficult, unpleasant, and stressful.
