My original reservation was for pickup in Oxford, AL. The location did not have a truck staged for pickup, so I had to drive another 16 miles away to pickup, then an additional 16 miles (32 miles total) to return. I would like a credit for the additional 32 miles.

I dropped off to a drop box so didn’t interact with anyone on site. Easy location to drop off truck.
Caryn SCall Customer to let them know that the availability of the requested rental is not available. They did not call and was told when I got there or I would have used another location that had my preferred option. Had to use a much bigger truck for the purpose I needed. They did make it right by adjusting the rate to match my requested rental but in doing so also made me pay more in fuel cost than what it would have been.
Jacob LI had no problems with the truck rental or its return. The whole process went very smoothly.
Ronald NPamela was wonderful. The truck was perfect. Made our move easy and fast.
