The lady in the office is fantastic! We have dealt with her twice in the last month or so and she has been helpful, cheerful, and delightful at every interaction. She has made the process as quick and easy as could be possible. Just an excellent experience all around. The truck, though, could be improved. We've gotten the same truck (I believe) both times. The air conditioning has a mind of it's own, and randomly decides which vents to use. And, worst, the rear door ALMOST closes. It opens OK, but takes 2 people working in tandem to get it to close all the way. Seems to be a known problem at the location. Not a deal-breaker, but certainly annoying.
