I did everything online and I wanted to check in by my phone like I have so many times before. It would not let me it made me go inside to someone that was the most incompetent person I’ve ever met. Then it had me returning the truck when I was trying to pick it up, so that’s the reason mo photos were done.Then when I returned the truck that guy walked up to me like some homeless person and wondered why I was putting the key in the lock box and I told him because that’s what it told me to do. I will never ever rent from here again then I’m charged for safemove and I did not select safemove.

Store clerk has low knowledge of what’s going on. Made me pay for insurance although I had already declined previously twice after asking him to redo. He told me to call U-Haul if I had any issues and wanted it redone which I did and then they told me that it was on his part. Also much like other U-Haul’s they are supposed to load the hitch for you which he did not.
Christina FThe owner of the store we rented secretly added charges as we had the u haul for 2 hours. My husband called U haul directly got a partial refund but I think because we were scammed we should have gotten the entire thing amount back. I will never rent a u haul from this place again. This man should be ashamed of himself. Prior to me getting the u haul a customer in the store accused the clerk of ripping him off after he paid for something in the store. I assumed the customer was crazy but now I know that was a sign for me to leave. This store/clerk is giving u haul a bad name.
Kolby WThe whole process was good. My only concern is that need to make sure the location has what I am requesting. I request to rent an appliance dolly but they only have the transportation dolly.
