Pick up was confusing. The location was a convenience store and the clerk was new and didn’t know much about U-Haul. There was no U-Haul rep on site. Luckily, while I was there trying to figure out how to pick up the truck, the U-Haul area supervisor showed up for something else. While he was there, he helped get me all squared away! The staff on the phone and the area manager were very supportive, but I still wouldn’t recommend this location to a friend.
