Even though I rented the van for nothing, I was still pleased with this company.
carol cI was charged for items I did not receive. I contacted customer service on 4-15-25, I was told nothing could be done until my payment cleared. 05-28-25, 6 weeks later, my payment finally cleared. I contacted customer service again. I’ve received no response. I’m dropping the issue, I would not recommend using this location to anyone though.
Dana DOnce a unit is reserved, keep it reserved. I had to go to another location 20 miles away from where I reserved it.
