Staff were very helpful, the drop off area was a little tough to figure out.
RICHARD HI initially reserved a toy hauler, uhaul dispatch called me to inform me that toy hauler was not available and we agreed to switch it to a car hauler. When I arrived at the uhaul site I was informed that my reservation still had toy hauler and they were not able to switch it to car hauler and they didn't have one available. I contacted uhaul dispatch who sent me to a different location since they were not able to correct initial pickup location. Second location provided expedite serve and I was on the road quickly. However, I did not get my return receipt until a day or so later. Based on the fact that my initial reservation was messed up and caused me to loss time and had to go to different location I should receive a credit on this rental or future rental.
