Had my reservation scheduled for 11:00, we showed up and the office was closed, no one in sight. Call the location number and the lady is surprised that nobody is there. She assured me that someone will show up in 5 minutes and apologized for the inconvenience. 11:30 still nobody showed up. 11:45 a man showed up and started walking around and talking to other people (turned out to be their employees) then he looks at me and said “oh, yeah, you have a rental” and proceeded to give the keys. No apologies for being so late, nothing. If I have to pick up a rental at this location I would rather cancel it and go with another company

KATHERINE HLocation was rundown and not maintained well. The staff are unhelpful but have a good attitude. The particular lady who was checking me in walked off to do something else while I was parking the trailer. Once I got the trailer disconnected, I waited for a few minutes before driving over to where she was, where she informed me I was good to go. Overall, place was pretty trashy.
BRETTON BDon't make reservations if you don't have the trucks available. Don't unknowingly change people's reservations to a different store. Don't rent trucks from drug spots. So your patrons don't get stop by police trying to return equipment. A representative from U-Haul, it should be checking All satellite rental centers and trucks in the field that bear the u haul name.
