Very Poor Customer service on Biscayne Blvd!! Will never recommend that U-Haul location!! Consistent Charges to my debit card!! When speaking with the representative there, no knowledge of what’s going on, and stated she doesn’t have the time! Incorrect mileage, fees, and information!! Never Ever will I recommend U-Haul at that location!! Y’all Really need to investigate her!!! 😡

JOSHUA SThe vehicle needs routine maintenance. Smell of burning rubber when turned on could be a belt needing to be lubricated. Shocks and struts need to be checked. Lady in the office, Nicky, she is AMAZING and needs a raise for dealing with all the things that went wrong with your website and my phone dying. She made the whole process far more pleasurable and less stressful with her professionalism and effectivness. Best buy art? Her smile . Thank you so much Nicky!
