Waited almost 1 hour for someone to show up, when they did they were using their personal cell phone and the battery went dead. The manager was at an event fund raiser and tried to check us out, it took 1.5 hours. Finally she told the man working there to give us the keys, I received no paperwork making the drop off harder. I still have NOT received any receipts for the 2 trucks I rented which were for work on my personal credit card for reimbursement. The location did not have electricity, is was not out temporarily, they had none. Worst experience in doing this 30+ years.
