The rep was busy on the phone at drop off so she said she will email my receipt. My receipt had an extra charge because no one explained that I needed to put gas in the truck. Had someone told me, I would’ve returned the truck with the quarter tank of gas that was used. Poor communication & poor service!
ELEXIS NOnly problem I had was the U-Haul app was freezing and not working
JENNIFER BDrove a total of 16 miles. Put 2.5 gallons in (avg 9mpg) was charged 15 for 3 gallons anyway..
