The Young lady that checked us in was very nice, but the equipment I ordered was not available. I had to drive ~3.5 miles to get it from another location. On return I asked for a 7 mile credit and she stated she could not do that. So, I drove 7-miles out of my way, an hour delay in my move, and could not be compensated.
