I am very disappointed not for the service, but for being charged $99.01 for the rental. I was expecting my cost to be approximately 50 to 75 dollars. I will not rent from Uhaul again. I have never and will never pay 100 dollars again to rent from Uhaul. Very disappointed customer , Tammy Morris

I had a uhaul on Sunday august 6, 2017. It was a bad experience. Picking it up was great service and acceptable, however, after we were loading up our belongings, there were roaches everywhere all inside the bed of the truck. We called the location told them all of our stuff had bugs crawling from the inside of the box of the truck on our stuff and we were told basically nothing you can do for credits. I am highly upset I took back the tuck right away had to drive all the way out to the airport to get another truck. I would like this resolved and credits issued to my card for this problem and someone needs to call me or we are planning on disputing the charge with the bank.

The designated drop off point was not a boost Mobile as per our uhaul contract and your customer service representatives could neither clarify our drop point or get in contact with uhaul personnel. Then, after updating our drop off point to another location, we arrived to discover that this point as well was not a valid drop off area. Finally, after much inconvenience, wasted time, and poor customer service, we dropped off the uhaul to find out we are charged for the extra miles spent playing finding uhaul. Please review claim number 1496058 on contract 89438357, thank you for your time.

Reserved the truck online for 19.95 when we returned the truck we were charged 49.95 for the truck so the total was around 100.00

AMY is this U-Haul locations STAR! Her customer service skills were amazing. She helped us secure a truck, was in communication with me every step of the way to correct the billing and every so nice. She knew the ins and outs of her job/the U-Haul business model to take care of the customer. Amy was pleasant and delightful to speak with. Most importantly, she answered my questions and explained everything so there was no misunderstanding. Your company needs team leaders like her. If I had a management position for her, I would hire her in a minute. I am such a happy customer. Unfortunately, her location did not have enough moving blankets to fulfill my order. Why would your branch not have the tools she needed to perform her job? Amy was very apologetic and handled my disappointment by giving me other branches to call so that I could get the blankets needed. To no avail because the other branches were not so nice. If I did not rent the U-Haul truck from them, they were NOT going to allow me to rent the moving blanket at all! A manger told the representative to let me know. What kind of nonsense is that? AMY the Star! I will only use her location to do business going forward. I will change my move dates just so that I can have AMY take care of my company, my friends and my personal moving needs. Happy customer and fan of Amy!!

Good experience, however when we got to our destination I opened the rear door of the truck and the door raced to the top and would not come down at all. We had to drive back to drop off the truck with the back completely open. Worried it s a lot. What would have happened if we still had stuff in the back. Maybe tell each renter in advance how to fix it or post a sign on the back.

I was told my rental vehicle would be ready at noon and I didn't get the vehicle until 1:10pm. It put me behind and I had people helping which put them behind. Also, the paperwork was wrong. The mileage said 51260.6 but when I turned vehicle on mileage said 58019.7. I let message with West at 1:35pm at Lem Turner office and also called Arlene at 6:52pm and she took my message. I went to drop off truck at 7:17pm and sign on door said open and two people were inside. I tried door but it was locked. They just sat there and looked at me. If the store was closed, the sign shouldn't said open. Also I'll be calling again on Monday to make sure I don't be charged more then what I should be. I didn't have a good experience when renting this truck. Vanessa
