The gentleman at the drop off location was equally helpful, and very courteous. He disconnected the tow dolly in the parking lot so I wouldn’t have to try and back it in. I appreciate that he thanked me for my military service and wished us a happy Memorial Day.

RUTH DWasn't happy with this rental
PATRICK MMy reservation was not correct, then the cost of the rental for on day cost just as much as my previous rental for two weeks. Returned the equipment by 10:00am as requested and the location wasn't open and didn't open the entire time while a U-Haul CR assisted me on the phone with turning the equipment. Total inconvenience.
