Didn’t have the proper equipment ..Appliance dolly or the furniture dolly…we couldn’t unlock the truck…she came and assisted us appearing very frustrated and nonchalant…

Sam GDon't take money from the customer's account again if they rent the car for a certain time and respect the time they return the car to us. We will take the money from my account. I feel bad because I returned the car 1 hour before I was supposed to.
