They are rip offs the lady at the store told me she was going to give me a $20 credit for the gas bcuz it was on empty when I rented she didn’t do it then they charged me for $80 dollars extra for a full tank of gas when she said bring it back with the same amount of gas that was in it but bcuz I’m a good person I went over that but I also got hit with another charge for miles 1.19 per mile and they charged me another $60 something dollars like wow I think God I took pictures bcuz I’m going to get back all my money so yall be wise and rent somewhere else U-Haul is getting beside them selves as a company now just ridiculous!
