Clean the vans before customers have access to them. Also check the vehicles before you rent them. I forgot my e-z pass in the van and by the time I got there it was already gone.

SACHIN JOnly this that got me upset was I had a 7am pickup time and when I got to the pick up location I was told that the worker wouldn't be in until 9am on Sunday Monday. But I appreciate your costumer service representative was able to get me another location with a 8am pick up time. Other than that, everything was great Eugene Reed
