The guy stopped what he was doing and immediately took care of business. He was fast, efficient and clear as to why there was a minimal extra-charge for mileage. I would be happy to do business with him at that location again.

TIMOTHY FVery unprofessional. Charged me for 4 extra days when I only should have been charged for 1. Thankfully, I resolved this with a wonderful customer service agent named Malia, but I would not use or trust this location in the future.
NOELA EThey did not check lights or brake lights. I was not an hour late.. I called no answer. There was an accident yet he charged me 30 more than my contract and said I would have to take it up with headquarters. I didn’t even get out of U-Haul when I picked up until 11:30. He was helping others in between my check in. I brought back the trailer at 10:45. I should not have been charged extra.
