Made a reservation a week in advance for a 15’ truck and an appliance dolly. They did not have the appliance dolly. They clearly do not check reservations to make sure they have all equipment being rented. Girl at counter was not trained on the software. This is not her fault but that of the owner. The area manager got smart with me on the phone about the issue. He was supposed to verify the drop off location had a dolly and never followed up on it. I called the drop off location to verify. Complete incompetence! Never again! They should not be allowed to represent UHaul.

WILLIAM TThey didn't know but the roof leaked. 60% of my boxs and other things were damaged or ruined.
