Dirty vehicle, gas was on a quarter tank. And I never received my appliances dolly that I was charged for

Jeffrey MThe location was conveniently located on Main St.; easy exit to street. Need for improvement: (1) forgot to load the dolley cart I rented; (2) the truck windshield was very dirty with dried bug juice all over it and dried bugs on the windshield wiper blades; (3) cab of truck was not swept.
