Mu receipt online shows I paid Zero dollars. Well, it was over $ 500.00 which I paid over the phone while traveling from SD to NY to move my mom as the assisted living facility kicked her to the curb! Now I have no proof I paid that with my Visa. How do I get an actual receipt of the amount Paid?
DOUGLAS LIt was in a rough part of town without clear directions on where to park. We figured it out, but in a town I wasn't familiar with, and driving a big rig, that was challenging.
KAREN RThe lights did not work, The employee said try your flashers. then said ok they work. I recommend walking around and checking every light and not trusting uhaul employees.
