Elite makes my renting easy and they care... Sadly i was a loyal customer of another location in the same town and rented there over a dozen times i had two problems and made sure i told them of the problems as soon as it happened no one even apologized when i was rented dangerous unsafe equipment and even when i could not remove the trailer off my vehicle the employee seemed uncaring and bothered by having to help me the second time i was told equipment would work which did not seem correct... so i called another location to ask what i would need for the trip i did so without telling them about the other locations recommendations i was going on which was over 2.5 hours away to pick up a large car and wanted to be sure ... what i found out was it was not correct and inadequate for my needs what they tried to rent me would have either not allowed me to load it at all or would have been so overloaded i could have had a serious accident if i had listen to this other location... i am not sure what would have happened thankfully Elite explained what i needed and was even kind enough to get the right equipment which was not in stock they made sure not to sell me things i did not need and made sure i had everything this is why i will continue to deal with them... thank u again for doing what u do... you make the hard things easy for us... The Area to park is just too small. Staff was friendly
PETER RRobert and his staff were absolutely excellent with initial rental inquiries, providing packing assistance and securing the perfect size rental vehicle. They had all the supplies we needed and offered valuable packing tips and instructed us on the use of their numerous box choices that made packing so much easier. The vehicle was clean, our rented blankets were already in the truck and it drove and rode nicely. The drop off instructions were perfect and close to our new home. Our long distance move was actually quite enjoyable! We attribute the positive experience with great planning from an experienced and qualified UHaul dealer…we call him King!
