The app didn’t work, I tried to pick up before store opened for business, took over an hour with many phone calls finally store owner came in early and worked through it Owner is wonderful, U-Haul app not so much

Darryl BI dropped off late Saturday night so I didn't interact with anyone. The Uhaul app allowing for after hours drop off is a God send. It would've been very painful to haul the trailer around town with nowhere to secure it until Monday morning.
