The location was great but the equipment was not. The connection cable had a shortage in it. Something was wrong with the tires I’m assuming. It was rough on the road. If you got over 50 mph it was fine, anything below it was a bumpy tow. I figured there was something wrong with the tires. It was like that with the trailer empty & full.

The app didn’t work, I tried to pick up before store opened for business, took over an hour with many phone calls finally store owner came in early and worked through it Owner is wonderful, U-Haul app not so much
