They were unable to provide the moving blankets that I ordered, drink holder in the 26’ truck was gone, no place to hold a drink for an 8 hr drive.
Shannon LI was charged gas & gas fees even though I returned the truck with more gas in it than when I picked it up. I called a few days later when I noticed I was charged for gas & fees. No one ever called me back regarding this. I called again today 2/12/26 & spoke to a lady at (877) 673-3704 who told me the guy was in certification, whatever that is, & that’s why he hasn’t reached out. I told her my call was like 2 weeks ago & she said she saw the notes & that they had emailed him, she said she’d reach back out to him, I told her I’d probably follow up next week if I don’t hear from anyone, she again told me she had the notes, which means nothing because apparently the notes have been there for 2 weeks with no action. So I again told her I’d probably still follow up if I still don’t hear from anyone, she again told me they had the notes. Okay, notes mean nothing to me when notes aren’t being reviewed or acted upon. There was no care or concern that I had been overcharged & left out in the blue with no return phone call or refund after 2 weeks of reporting my issue.
JILL BRevoke whatever licensing you are extending to the owner of that gas station that allows him to rent U-Haul trucks. That was the most horrible and ridiculous experiences I have had with U-Haul in my life and this is my 7th house/move I have endured. We are grabbing another truck this coming Saturday and after our experience with this place we are going to just go to Home Depot and rent one of theirs.
