Brian Cleveland is the best! He’s always friendly, positive, upbeat and anxious to be of service. He always asks about my needs and helps me figure out the best time and place to pick up and drop off the vehicle, the most efficient size, the need for a ramp, a dolly, etc. He is a great ombudsman for U-Haul and simply the BEST!
