The representative himself was very helpful and friendly. The only complaint I have is with U-Haul’s charges. I returned the equipment a day earlier and the representative said I would not get reimbursed for that extra day because it was a 1-way trip.

Return check in website wouldn’t ever load but I called personnel the next day and they saw that we had returned on time and took care of it.
