I made a reservation and had my confirmation. The worker told me he didn't see my reservation. And I had to find a different location to rent a truck. I asked the worker would I been charged for the visit he told me no. However, I got charged anyway for a service I didn't get.

The air conditioner wasn’t working in the vehicle! And it was really hot wow! And y’all make people have to pay with credit cards what does it matter long as it can pay the cost allow people to use their form of payment

Erik SThe parking lot is tiny, but I suppose that’s why they have the tiny trucks? Conveniently it’s located at a gas station, that doesn’t have bad prices at all. I give the place 8/10 because getting in and out of the parking lot is rough.
