I had a very disappointing experience with my recent U-Haul rental. I was given the truck with less than a full tank of gas, drove it fewer than 10 miles, and returned it with the same amount of fuel—yet I was still charged an unreasonable fee. On top of that, they attempted to charge me $500 for renting a 10’ truck for only about two hours (from 5:00 PM to 7:45 PM).
