The worst U-Haul rental experience I've ever had! I've rented the auto transport trailers before for my classic car business. Unfortunately, my local U-Haul dealer, Channahon Rental did not have one on site. I was directed to "Supermercado Las Palmas" in Joliet. The trailer was supposed to be available at 09:00. No one at the location spoke English. I waited until 09:25 till an employee who knew how to print out my contract and issue me a receipt. Then the trailer was barely accessible due to ice and snow. It was 09:55 before I was on the road. Waisted an hour of my time. Would DEFENITELY not recommend this location to anyone!

I dropped off trailer the next day after renting it during hours and no one was available to receive it or send me confirmation about me dropping it off. I call the following day twice and both times they tell me that they have it but they don’t know when they’ll check it with an attitude. Almost wanted to go pick it up and drop it off somewhere else to make sure I got my confirmation. Ended up getting my confirmation 1 whole day after drop off with the wrong date and time that I dropped it off.
